About Us

Responder Safety and Health Concepts, is an established and licensed training center located in St. Thomas Virgin Islands. We are an official American Heart Association Training Site that has been providing high quality CPR, First-aid, and Emergency Cardiovascular care courses in the Virgin Islands since 2014. RSHC staff has over a combined experience of 25+ years teaching and in the medical profession.
